Age 63, of Weyauwega passed away on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2011, at the Harbor House in Sheboygan, following a lingering illness. Arlene was born on Feb. 20, 1948, in Waupaca daughter of Gordon and Stella (Rice) Danielson. She was united in marriage to Thomas Dean on July 5, 1969. Arlene loved the outdoors, cooking over a camp fire, sleeping in a tent and then the cottage up north. She also enjoyed going to Canada fishing with husband Tom and daughter Michelle and don't forget going to rummage sales. Arlene like to have a good time and always had a smile on her face. She was a member of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Weyauwega. Arlene is survived by her husband, Tom; daughter, Michelle Dean (fiancé, Kevin Drossart), granddaughter, Charlie Drossart; mother, Stella Wagner; brothers, Richard (Barb) and Gary Danielson and a sister, Judy Maggio. Mother-in-law, Harriett Dean; brothers-in-law, Peter, John (Dukta) and Michael Dean and sisters-in-law, Lori (John) Glynn and Mary (Randy) Novak. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Gordon Danielson; a brother, Darrel Danielson and a brother-in-law, Thomas Maggio. A memorial service for Arlene will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Weyauwega with Fr. Brian Belongia officiating. Interment will be in the Oakwood Cemetery, Weyauwega. Friends may call at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home, Weyauwega on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 from 4-7 p.m. and at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
