Barbara E. Schellin

Age 73, of Ogdensburg, passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at Appleton Medical Center. She was born on May 28, 1938 daughter of the late Walter and Clara (Rieneck) Miller. On December 5, 1959 she was united in marriage to Harlan Schellin in Waukegan, Illinios. Barb enjoyed her flowers, gardening, reading, playing cards and going out to eat. She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Ogdensburg. She is survived by her husband Harlan; children: Scott Schellin and special friend Debbie, Plover; Brad (Julie) Schellin, Caroline; Darren (Tammy) Schellin, Wild Rose; Kristine Cady Schellin and special friend Mike, Custer; 9 grandchildren: Jessica (Ryan) Pionek, Rhonda Schellin and special friend Louis, Hunter Schellin, Emily and Noah Schellin, Tanner and Tyler Schellin, Dustin and James Cady; two great-grandchildren: Nathan and Matthew Pionek. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her mother and father-in-law Walter and Clara Schellin. The funeral service for Barb will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at First Lutheran Church in Ogdensburg with Rev. Tim Lofgren officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery in the Town of Caledonia. Friends may call at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home in Manawa on Friday from 4-8 p.m. and on Saturday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. The family would like to thank the Ogdensburg EMT's, the Iola Ambulance Service, the staff at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca and also Appleton Medical Center.
