Darlene M. Farina

Darlene M. Farina, age 77, of New London, WI passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on April 15, 2024. She was born October 31, 1946 in Chicago, IL, daughter of later Harry and Wanda Kash. She graduated from Taft High School in 1964 and then went on to Northern Illinois University. Darlene met her husband, Jay Farina, and married on October 15, 1968. They lived in Illinois and raised their family. After retirement they moved to Wisconsin. Darlene loved sewing, painting, pottery and going to Florida every winter to walk the beach looking for shark's teeth.

Darlene is survived by her husband Jay of 56 years; her children: Melissa (Jim) Lo Bianco, Jayson (Sharianne) Farina; grandchildren: Michael and Matthew Lo Bianco; sisters-in-law: Joanne and Paula; brothers-in-law: Joe and Frank; nieces: Sarah, Kari, Kristie and Lisa; nephews: Chris and Frankie, and many other great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Wanda and Harry Kash, and brother, Robert Kash.

Darlene was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. A celebration of her life will be held in the future.
