Irene M. Gulmire

Irene M. Gulmire, age 92, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Care Partners Assisted Living in Hortonville. She was born on January 30, 1931, in Chicago, daughter of the late John and Frances (Yakusz) Kobierecki. Irene enjoyed sewing and reading.

She is survived by her children: Kathy (Tom) Smith, Mike (Sharon) Boyles; two granddaughters: Dee Dee (Tom) Kapitzke, Stacey (Greg) Thomson; 3 great grandchildren: Cody (Katlyn) Lenz, Casey (Rachel) Lenz, Bailey Kapitzke; two great great grandchildren: Evelyn and James Lenz. She is further survived by a special friend: Kelly Buck, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three husbands: Earl Boyles, Frank T. Lounsberry and Jack Gulmire; brothers: Jerome, Ray and Gene.
