John H. Casey

Age 62, of Manawa, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2008. He was born on September 28, 1946 in New London, son of Donald and Dorothy (Roland) Casey. John graduated from Little Wolf High School and attended Spencerian Business College in Milwaukee. He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1966-1968. He worked at AO Smith in Milwaukee, then returned to Manawa and worked with his parents at the Symco Feed Mill and Riverside Feed Mill in Manawa. John and Robert Lettau then purchased the business. Later, he worked for Quality Concrete in Manawa. He is survived by his mother Dorothy Casey, Manawa; a brother: Daniel Casey and special friend Shirley Lewicki, Manawa; two sisters: Colleen (Ron) Hein, Poy Sippi; Jane (Michael) Marcy, New London; an aunt: Gladys Roland, Manawa; also a niece, 6 nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death his father Donald Casey. Private family services will be held.
