Juanita Louise (Cookie) Perry, (nee Wichmann) Went to join The Lord on June 28, 2014, a beautiful sunny day. She was born October 19, 1943 to John and Louise Wichmann. Her mother remarried when Cookie was six years old to her wonderful stepfather, Alvin Ahrendt. All preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Roger of Weyauwega, and her children Noelle (Dan) Geier, Colgate, and Nicole Perry, Madison; beloved grandchildren Sarah and Marie Geier; and sister Margareth (Mocky) Fehr. Also survived by step sisters Katherine McCaffrey, and Joan Kolton. Cookie was born in Merrill Wisconsin and grew up in Milwaukee. She graduated from Bay View High School. Roger and Cookie grew up on the same block and were high school sweethearts. They moved to Weyauwega in 1968 where Roger later became Chief of Police. Her work included Valley/M&I Bank, Dr. Roy Bucholtz's office, and WF school district, from where she retired. She was a long time member of First Presbyterian Church, and was a meals on wheels, Weymont food pantry, and hospice volunteer. She was predeceased by Adeline Perry, Wilbur Perry, aunts, uncles, other relatives and dear friends. She leaves behind many dear friends. A visitation will be held from 4-7p.m. on Wednesday, July 2 at Cline Hanson Dahlke funeral home in Weyauwega and from 9:30-11 on Thursday, July 3 at First Presbyterian Church in Weyauwega with funeral services to follow. In lieu of flowers, it was her wish that donations be made to First Presbyterian Church or the Humane Society. Cookie loved traveling, animals, crossword puzzles, reading, her church family, her many friends and most of all she loved her family, who will miss her every day.
