Celebration of Lane's Life will continue at Gill's on Main in downtown Weyauwega after the gathering at the Life Celebration Center.
Lane Earl Reas, age 61 of Weyauwega, passed away on Friday, December 4th, 2020. He was born on June 20th, 1959 in Mellen, Wisconsin, son of Beverly Burbank and the late Earl Reas. Lane graduated from Mellen High School in 1977 and then served in the United States Airforce for a short period. Lane was united in marriage to Sally Trinca at the Red Mill on Saturday, June 8th, 1996. Lane was a brick and stone mason his entire life. Once retired from masonry work, Lane worked in the maintenance department at Bethany Home in Waupaca where his smile was contagious. Lane loved hunting, golfing, singing and playing music, and spending his Sundays with his friends watching the Packer games.
Lane is survived by his wife of 24 years, Sally; Children: Cody Reas, Jennifer Stulo, and Debra Grossinger; Grandchildren: Ella, Willow, Gabriel, Autumn, and Kameron; Mother: Beverly Burbank; Sisters: Sue Laper and Jamie Burbank; Nephews: Jon and Keith Leathers. Lane is further survived by many other relatives and friends.
Besides his father, Lane was preceded in death by his grandparents Phyllis and Carl Berg, and also his best friend, Dean "Screamer" Turney.
A Celebration of Life gathering of family and friends will be held at Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Life Celebration Center in Weyauwega from 4 to 7 pm on Friday, December 11th, 2020. Afterwards, we will continue to celebrate Lane’s life at Gill's on Main, downtown Weyauwega. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Lane’s wife, Sally.
