IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Lou Ann P.
Hahn
January 26, 1965 – February 5, 2026
Lou Ann Phyllis Hahn, age 61, of Weyauwega entered her heavenly home on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at her residence.
Lou Ann was born on January 26, 1965, in Appleton, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Arthur and Phyllis (Schroeder) Lemke. She graduated from Weyauwega High School in 1983. On April 12, 1997, she married Daniel Hahn at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Weyauwega.
Lou Ann loved her boys endlessly and enjoyed spending time with both of her daughters-in-law. Lou Ann took after her mother, Phyllis, in her love for stray cats. Every morning, she would go with her dog Snookie to "feed the kitties". Snookie will 'miss her mummas' and the fetch they played on the lawnmower. Her lunch group also held a special place in her heart. Much time was spent online shopping. She could find a coupon for just about anything. Her favorite things to shop for were jewelry, Le Creuset, Bath & Body Works candles and holiday decorations. She loved decorating for holidays; setting out the golden turkey for Thanksgiving was her favorite.
A Christian funeral service for Lou Ann will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Weyauwega, with Rev. Aaron Kristopeit officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Weyauwega. A visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. The service will begin at 11:00 a.m.
Lou Ann is survived by Daniel Paul Hahn (husband), Nicholas (son) & Ali Hahn, Michael (son) & Stacy Hahn, Mike Lemke (brother), Tim (brother) & Dawn Lemke, Stacey (sister) & Pete Lanvit Jr., numerous nieces, nephews, including special grand-niece and grand-nephew Chase and Vayda, who she loved babysitting for very much, as well as the dogs (Snookie, Echo, Bindi and Mugzy).
She was preceded in death by Phyllis Jean Fields (mother), Arthur Lemke Jr. (father) and Daniel Lemke (brother).
Memorials may be directed to St. Peter Lutheran Church Weyauwega.
Lou Ann always said death wasn't a goodbye it was a see you later, and she was excited to see her mom again.
