It is with great sorrow, that we announce the passing our kind, brave, caring and unimaginably generous wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Mary Rose Guyette of Weyauwega, Wisconsin. She passed away at her home in Weyauwega on the evening of Monday, March 6th, at the age of 75, surrounded by her loved ones after a very short battle with cancer. Mary was born on November 11th, 1947, to Harvey and Kathryn Schroeder of Black Creek. Mary graduated from Seymour High School in 1965. Mary grew up in the Black Creek area and worked on her family farm with her parents until she was stolen away by Gary Guyette, whom she later married on December 11th, 1965. Mary later worked at Zwicker's Knitting mill in Appleton and finished her career at Hillshire Farms in New London. Mary's Christian faith was an essential part of her life, as she enjoyed spending time watching worship programs and being with her friends and family in conversation with God.
Mary is survived by her children: Margo (Hans) Berg and Lance (Korena) Guyette; grandchildren: Ashley Fletcher, Tyler (Wendy Kons), Landen and McKenzie Guyette; step-grandchildren: Mallory (Griffin) Thorne and Leah Berg; great-grandchildren: Alanna Weed and Annabella and Ashton Kuenzi; step-great-grandson: Atticus Thorne; sisters: Bev Holtz, Sally Schroeder, Darlene Nauman; brothers: Denny (Anne) Schroeder, Bill (Diane) Schroeder; special friend: Cheryl Haase. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
