Pennie Eileen Gerhardt

Pennie E. Gerhardt, age 79, passed away at Park Vista Retirement Home on Sunday, August 16, 2026. She was born on January 10, 1947 in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Clarence and Gail (Jones) Miller.

She graduated from Appleton West High School in 1965. Pennie worked as a line supervisor at the toy factory in Hortoville from 1976 to 1993 then at Curwood from 1993 to her retirement in 2012.

On April 23, 1966, Pennie married John Gerhardt and together they had 3 children: John - Fox Crossing, James - Menasha, and Dina - Waupaca. She was grandma to Cody and Justin - Weyauwega, Tommy - Waupaca, and Jesse - Stevens Point. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, George and David Miller.

Per Pennie's wishes, there will be no services held.
