Tracy Cole

April 13, 1965 — January 6, 2023

On January 6, 2023, our loving, energetic, and perky Tracy Ann Meadows Petit Cole was taken unexpectedly from her family and friends to her final rest; may God watch over her. Tracy was born on April 13, 1965 to Audrie and Harold Meadows in Harvey, IL. Her four older brothers, Michael, Dan, Nicky and Timothy doted on their new baby sister. The Meadows family moved to Weyauwega in December of 1975 to be near Grandma (Mona Wenzel). Tracy attended Weyauwega grade and high schools. She graduated from the FVTI in Appleton, WI, in the LPN nursing program.

Tracy married Steven Petit and with her son, Jeremiah, moved to Readfield. The new family welcomed Tia Kristina two years later. Eventually, Tracy and Steve were divorced.

Years later, Tracy and Raymond Guy Cole were married. They bought a home in Wild Rose, WI. Honey, Tracy's large German Shepherd, was her constant companion and guardian.

Tracy is survived by her two children: Jeremiah (Chelle) Meadows of Marion and Tia (David, engaged) Petit of Oconto Falls; her four brothers and their spouses: Michael (Mary), Dan (Joyce), Nicky (Pamela), and Timothy (Bella) Meadows; her mother, Audrie Meadows; many cousins: Libby, Jennifer, Jason, Mason, Shane, Nickolas, Michaylla and their next generation of Meadows.

Tracy was preceded in death by her father Harold (Kayo) Meadows, her husband Guy Cole, and her cousin Kathy Meadows.

A memorial service for Tracy will be held on Friday, January 27 at 2:00 pm at the Main Chapel of the Wisconsin Veteran's Home in King, WI, with Rev. David Johnson officiating.
